In 2003 I started to attend Minnesota West Community and Technical College in Granite Falls, MN. During my education I was hired by Fagen, Inc., also located in Granite Falls, as a computer technician. My experience there was very hands on, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fixing computer, server and printer related issues. After 2 years of working for Fagen I decided that it had been too much of a stress on my education and I wanted to move on to something new. I decided to run my own computer repair business on the side along with a full-time job to keep a constant income. That is where B.I.T.S. comes in.  In order to save my customers money, I do not have a store front or fancy advertising, but what I can guarantee is professional, reliable, friendly service.
