Evaluation & Estimate – $20.00 Inhouse/$40.00 On-Site*
System Diagnostic – B.I.T.S. will:
Test and diagnose one PC or laptop or other device
Test and verify hardware/software functionality
Provide a clear and detailed quote for the necessary repairs, upgrades or replacements necessary to restore your PC’s functionality
*The fee for your evaluation can be applied for credit toward the cost of the first hour of Repair Services.
B.I.T.S. Repair Services
Inhouse Repair Services: $45.00/hr
On-Site Repair Services: $55.00/hr
All of the following repair services are billed for an initial hour then in ½ hour increments:
Virus/Spyware/Malware Removal
detection and removal of viruses, spyware and malware.
PC & Laptop Repair
B.I.T.S. will repair your PC or laptop as detailed in your evaluation. *Parts extra
Server Repair
B.I.T.S. will repair your server as detailed in your evaluation. *Parts extra
Printer Repair
B.I.T.S. will repair your printer as detailed in your evaluation. *Parts extra
